DSMDC provides AI-enabled Radiology-as-a-Service (RaaS), Tele-Radiology, RIS-PACS infrastructure, Medical Transcription, Paperless Reporting, and Digital Diagnostic Workflow solutions for hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare organizations across India.

II. Scope of Services & AI Disclaimer

• DSMDC operates as a technology-enabled diagnostic healthcare platform delivering AI-assisted radiology services and digital imaging solutions.
• Our Artificial Intelligence tools are designed exclusively to assist qualified radiologists by improving workflow efficiency and preliminary screening.
• AI-assisted observations should never be considered a final clinical diagnosis. Every diagnostic report must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a certified medical specialist.
• DSMDC continuously improves its technology infrastructure to enhance reporting accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and improve patient care.

III. User Obligations & Account Security

• Hospital partners are responsible for ensuring that only authorized healthcare professionals access the DSMDC platform.
• Partner hospitals and diagnostic centres must obtain appropriate patient consent before uploading any medical records, DICOM images, or diagnostic information.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent termination of services.

IV. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, logos, designs, AI algorithms, diagnostic workflows, RIS-PACS infrastructure, medical reporting systems, graphics, documents, and website materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Sunil Malhotra Diagnostic Centre Private Limited. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from DSMDC.

V. Limitation of Liability

DSMDC is committed to providing reliable, secure, and efficient diagnostic healthcare services through advanced technology and qualified medical professionals. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted availability of our digital infrastructure, certain circumstances beyond our control may affect service performance.

• DSMDC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of its website, RIS-PACS platform, tele-radiology services, or cloud infrastructure due to dependence on third-party internet providers, cloud services, telecommunication networks, or scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnostic reports generated using AI-assisted technology are intended only to support qualified radiologists and healthcare professionals. Final diagnosis and treatment decisions remain the sole responsibility of certified medical practitioners.
• DSMDC, its directors, employees, consultants, technology partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Users acknowledge that all healthcare decisions should be taken only after consultation with qualified medical professionals.

VI. Commercial Terms & Payments

Commercial pricing, reporting charges, subscription fees, tele-radiology services, and other financial arrangements are governed exclusively by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed between DSMDC and its partner hospitals or diagnostic centres. Failure to comply with agreed payment schedules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of platform access until all pending dues have been cleared.

VII. Suspension & Termination

• DSMDC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user, hospital partner, or diagnostic centre found violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Unauthorized access, misuse of confidential medical information, reverse engineering of software, cyber security violations, fraudulent activities, or breach of healthcare regulations may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
• Upon termination, all rights granted to access DSMDC's digital platforms shall immediately cease.
